Winter Workshop Series: SomaFlow with Erin
A dynamic practice that blends strength, grace, and awareness. Inspired by yoga, dance, and Ayurveda, it encourages mindful movement that aligns the body, balances the mind, and energizes the spirit. With fluid transitions and functional strength, SomaFlow transforms movement into a practice of connection and vitality.
